if you want to return or exchange one or more items, please fill out the cancellation form enclosed with your shipment.

according to our terms and conditions, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, unless there was an error on our side. you can use any shipping company (e.g. dhl, dpd, hermes, ups) for the return shipment. we recommend that you choose an insured shipment with tracking, e.g. dhl paket. we will be happy to help you if you need guidance in creating a parcel label online or in finding a parcel shop. the cancellation period is 14 days. within this period, you have to indicate the cancellation.
