Our primary shipping partner is DHL (www.dhl.de). Depending on the destination, deliveries may be completed by local logistics partners.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed no later than the next business day after payment has been received. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during checkout within the delivery timeframes displayed in our online shop.

Special Notes on Oversized Items

Due to unpredictable shipping costs, we do not offer shipping for larger items or boards from the Surf and Skate categories. These items must be collected in-store. We are happy to assist you in arranging a freight carrier if needed.
