Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
- in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than five working days after the returned goods have been received by us.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
There is no separate return address; returns must be sent to the address stated above.
Value Reduction
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
This includes, in particular:
- worn or washed clothing,
- soiled or damaged goods,
- products showing clear signs of use,
- opened soap if it has been used beyond a simple inspection.
A complete exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not apply; however, an appropriate deduction for diminished value may be charged.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (not applicable at LANGBRETT at this time),
- goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (not applicable at LANGBRETT at this time).
